Terms of Service

By accessing or using JewelTag CRM ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including store owners and their authorized staff. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

JewelTag CRM is a multi-tenant SaaS platform designed for jewelry store owners. The Platform provides tools for:

• Customer relationship management (CRM) and follow-up tracking.
• Social media content scheduling and publishing to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Inventory management, sales tracking, and repair order management.
• Staff scheduling, performance analytics, and birthday marketing automation.
• AI-powered business assistance and reporting.

By connecting your Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to JewelTag CRM:

• You authorize JewelTag CRM to publish posts, images, and videos to your connected Facebook Page and Instagram Business account on your behalf.
• You authorize us to retrieve analytics data (impressions, reach, engagement) from your connected accounts to display within your dashboard.
• You are solely responsible for all content published through the Platform and must comply with Facebook's Terms of Service and Instagram's Terms of Use.
• You must not use the Platform to publish content that violates Meta's Community Standards or Advertising Policies.
• You can disconnect your Facebook account at any time through the Social Media Studio. Disconnecting will revoke our access and delete your stored token.

By connecting your TikTok account to JewelTag CRM:

• You authorize JewelTag CRM to access your TikTok profile information (open_id, display name) via the user.info.basic scope to confirm the account connection.
• You authorize JewelTag CRM to publish videos directly to your TikTok profile via the video.publish scope using the TikTok Content Posting API.
• You acknowledge that all videos published through JewelTag CRM must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
• You are solely responsible for the content of all videos published through the Platform.
• You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time through the Social Media Studio, which will delete your stored access token immediately.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and login information.
• All activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by your staff members.
• Notifying us immediately at info@jeweltag.us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Ensuring that all staff members with access to your account comply with these Terms.

JewelTag CRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk to the platform or other users.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Publish spam, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content on any connected social media platform.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or connected third-party services.
• Use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.
• Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications or marketing to individuals without their consent.

All content you publish through the Platform remains your property. By using the Platform, you grant JewelTag CRM a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service — i.e., publishing to your connected social media accounts.

The JewelTag CRM platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, is owned by JewelTag Systems Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our express written permission.

JewelTag CRM strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions caused by third-party APIs (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) or infrastructure providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JewelTag CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, business opportunities, or social media account standing. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Platform will be revoked immediately.
• All connected social media accounts will be disconnected and associated access tokens deleted.
• Your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
• Any outstanding subscription fees remain due and payable.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice in the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
